The Embassy marked Slovenian Food Day and the 10th Traditional Slovenian Breakfast
Every third Friday in November, Slovenian Food Day is celebrated all around Slovenia. Localy produced food is promoted, as well as the benefits of eating breakfast.
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the celebrations this year are slightly different.
Today, the Embassy prepared a symbolic breakfast, serving Albanian mjaltë (honey), gjalpë (butter) and mollë të thata (dried apples) as well as the homemade thekër (rye) bread.
